Lauren has trained in dance since the age of 3. Selected styles include, Classical RAD ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, ball room, hip hop, and basic tap. She has choreographed, created/directed, and performed in festivals across Alberta including Fluid Fest, Ignite, and Nextfest.
