July 20, 2020TODAY WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF LAUGHTER IN EVERYDAY LIFE.
I truly believe that laughter can be the best medicine. Laughing can so quickly change your state of mind and give you a new perspective on a situation. If you ever find yourself stuck in one thought, question, or feeling that you wish to relieve yourself from a good, hardy, genuine laugh, you should do the trick. Turn on a funny movie, remember a funny story, or laugh at how crazy life is now. Trick your body to release dopamine and make your day brighter than it was before.
It’s the little things that go a long way sometimes. I feel we can get stuck in the “what ifs” and all of the crazy unforetold possibilities attached to the time we live in right now – we get overwhelmed. We forget. Forget to laugh and enjoy the things we have around us.
I can get so set on my goals and life plan/journey that sometimes I forget how much there is to appreciate right now. The people I surround myself with, family, and friends. There are so many blessings around you to continually uplift your spirits. They may not be apparent all the time, but if you look for them, they’ll appear.

- When you find a weird object, you completely forgot about
- When someone forgets to replace the milk
- Make funny names for objects
- Remind yourself of a childhood memory
- Skip around your house
- Draw on a moustache
- Practise an accent
- Pretend like your cat can understand you
